3. Safety Instructions & Warnings

• Test before departure: After installation, the clearance between the mudguard and the tire must be checked (at least 10-15 mm gap) so that blocking stones or dirt do not cause a fall.

• Check fastening: The clamp connections on the seat post and fork must be checked regularly to ensure they are tight.

• Do not use as a carrying handle or handle: Mudguards are not designed for mechanical loads outside of the splash guard.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, we ship the goods domestically (Germany) within a standard delivery time of 3 - 7 working days. For international deliveries, the standard delivery time is between 5 and 10 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the time of your payment instruction). 

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will, if possible, send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
