Delivery

We will ship your goods within three working days of ordering or receipt of payment using UPS or a shipping company, depending on the size. Please note: Bicycles are bulky goods and are shipped via a freight forwarder. To notify us of the transport, we need a telephone number, preferably a mobile phone number.

 

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Shipping within Germany:

- up to €94.99 Order value Flat rate shipping costs of €4.95
- Free shipping for orders over €95.00

Shipping to EU countries Belgium, France, Poland, Netherlands, Austria:

- up to €199.99 Order value Flat rate shipping costs of €9.95
- from €200.00 Order value Flat rate shipping costs of €24.95

Shipping to all other EU countries Bulgaria, Sweden, Czech Republic etc.:

- up to €299.99 Order value Flat rate shipping costs of €9.95
- from €300.00 Order value Flat rate shipping costs of €44.95

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 6 - 7 days, for deliveries abroad within 10 - 14 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
