New school. New ways. New Bike.

Ready for more. Ready for anything.

There comes a moment when a child stops just riding a bike - and starts loving it. When the way to school becomes an adventure. When the first steep climb is conquered. When the bike no longer means an obstacle, but freedom. This ACADEMY upGrade 5 is made exactly for this moment.

As a consistent upgrade to the proven Grade series, the upGrade 5 sets new standards for young people who want more: more control, more performance, more independence. A bike that not only grows with you - but also thinks ahead.

For parents who want the best.

As a parent, you know: the right bike isn't a luxury - it's a choice. A decision for safety, for quality, for moments that last. Hydraulic disc brakes at the front and rear give you the certainty that your child will come to a safe stop at all times - in the rain, on gravel, in any situation. No trembling, no hesitation. Just trust.

The lightweight aluminum frame with age-appropriate geometry ensures that the bike feels natural - not overwhelming, but encouraging. Less weight means more fun. More fun means more exercise. And more exercise means a child who comes home happy.

EQUIPMENT

Lightweight aluminum frame & aluminum fork – maximum rigidity, minimum weight
Age-appropriate geometry – perfectly tailored to your body size and driving experience
Hydraulic disc brakes VR & HR – reliable braking performance in any weather
8-speed chain drive with short rear derailleur – precise, smooth shifting for any terrain
Vario stem – Ergonomically adjustable for the optimal sitting position

The bike you won't forget.

Years later they will remember. On the first long tour. To the friend they passed on the way home. The feeling of feeling the wind in your face and knowing: I can do it. The ACADEMY upGrade 5 is not just a bike. It is your companion through one of the most exciting phases of growing up.

Take the next step. Together.
