Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, we ship the goods domestically (Germany) within a standard delivery time of 3 - 7 working days. For international deliveries, the standard delivery time is between 5 and 10 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will, if possible, send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.

How sure can I be that the size will fit?
Our size information is based on extensive ergonomic data. If your child is exactly between two sizes, our adjustable Vario stem can help: This allows the bike to be adjusted to their growth over a long period of time. If in doubt, we recommend taking your current height as a guide.
How is the bike delivered?
Your ACADEMY bike will arrive safely in a special box and is already approx. 95% pre-assembled. All you have to do is screw on the pedals, align the handlebars and adjust the saddle height. The right tools and simple instructions are of course included.
Is the bike really as light as described?
Yes! We weigh our bikes precisely and pay attention to every gram. Thanks to our ultra-light aluminum frames and the selection of weight-optimized components, we ensure that your child can easily control the bike - a decisive advantage for safety and riding fun.
How maintenance-intensive is this model?
We deliberately use long-lasting and weatherproof components that require little maintenance. A regular check of the brakes and (for chain models) occasional oiling of the chain are usually sufficient. We want the bike to drive and not sit in the workshop.
What if we don't like the bike?
We want you and your child to be completely satisfied. If the bike does not meet your expectations, you can easily send it back to us within the statutory cancellation period. Just make sure to only test the bike briefly on clean surfaces.
